- The sale transaction is directly between the club member to whom the artefact belongs and the buyer or customer.
- The club is not responsible for the sale, delays, warranties, returns, refunds and/or exchanges. The sale contract is directly between the customer and the club member. Any communication received by the club on these issues will be forwarded to the club member concerned for resolution.
- The club has quality-checked all items in the store prior to being put up for sale.
- The club's website functions as a platform to help club members' products reach the wider community.
- The club does not profit from the sale transaction.
- No personal data of the customer is stored by the club.
- Any queries relating to the sale can be emailed to: email@example.com, quoting the date and time of purchase. The club will forward the query received to the relevant club member within 24 hours.
- Products purchased on this website will be packed and delivered by the club member concerned.
